Representation of PWD in management positions in KZN: Dropped from 2014 to 2015. Senior Management level dropped for males: 1.4% to 0.9% and females: 0.5% to 0.3%. Department of Labour directive: Employers should review any selection criteria that excludes PWD to ensure that they are not unfairly discriminated against. Why should you be concerned? These criteria willb e noted during reviews of all employment equity reports, along with an account of any concrete steps taken towards integrating PWD.
