Position Overview:
As a SHEQ Officer, you will work closely with the operations team, coordinating and assisting with administrative duties to ensure the smooth implementation of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) practices within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in SHEQ and Environmental studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination of SHEQ activities.
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Assist with the implementation of waste management practices.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
Maintain records and reports related to SHEQ practices.
Collaborate with teams to promote a safe and sustainable working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
A qualification in SHEQ, Environmental Studies, Waste Management, or a related field is preferred.
No prior experience required; however, any experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
